Surgery tool that was left in my Wife’s stomach after delivery Killed Her – Koo Fori Reaveals (Video)

Renowned Ghanaian actor Koo Fori has recounted how his wife died after delivery at the hospital.

according to the actor speaking in an interview with Captain Smart on Angel FM, a doctor left a surgical tool in his wife’s stomach in a Cesarean Section (CS) after they had succeeded in taking out the baby.

he revealed;

A similar thing happened and for six days, my wife couldn’t go to the toilet and she was having a swelling stomach so she went back to the hospital where the CS was performed but because the doctor knew of the mistake he had done, he neglected her, they were not attending to her and that led to her death”.

according to Koo Fori, when he took legal actions the doctors approached the CID to talk to him so he takes down the case of which he did.

“Like the woman in the studio was talking about the doctor neglecting her and that is exactly what they do, they always don’t want to betray their colleague so they had to call the CID who was investigating the case to talk to me about the issue so I drop it”

Koo Fori born Samuel Seth Kwabena Karikari’s wife Mrs. Mary Karikari died in 2010 with rumors that she suffered complications from her delivery.

Koo Fori now wants doctors in such acts to behold responsible by the law, he concluded;

“the so-called professionals kill us [but] instead of them to correct their negligence, the try to hide it under the carpet” he added that “over 12 people have come to me with the same case, so we need to expose them.”
