Popular former Black Stars Captain Stephen Appiah has amazed his fans with rare photos of his wife and kids.
Stephen Appiah shared a photo of himself and his family on a pitch where he revealed that day was his last day playing for Ghana internationally.
he revealed how pleased he was that day after realizing that both former President Jerry John Rawlings and John Agyekum Kuffour were seated together with noble Ghanaians to watch him.
sharing some throwback photos, Stephen Appiah wrote;
“I remember all as if it was just yesterday…the preparatory meetings, the launch, the visits to individuals and corporate bodies, the endorsements the arrival of colleagues and football legends… most fascinating of all was when on that faithful day I came out from the tunnel and saw the president and former presidents seated among the thousands of loyal and wonderful fans from far and near in the stands to support me…Wooo…an amazing testimonial match it was for me to officially say goodbye to professional football. I just can’t believe its 5 years already… Thanks loads to all who supported me in diverse ways. My family and i are most grateful… “
