The relationship between medikal and sister Derby was called off almost a year ago and the two have not been in Good terms ever since.
A video we have spotted has medikal disclosing that sister Derby still loves him because of how he treated her.
Medikal in the interviewed revealed his is mr. lover boy and that he is so romantic even his ex can never hate him.

“I have respect for women that’s why they love me. That’s why my ex still loves me and my girlfriend Fell (Fella) Makafui loves me,” Medikal revealed “You can never hate on me for anything because I will never do anything against you. I will show you love and I am a very romantic guy”, he added.
