Shatta Wale, the Reggae Dancehall crooner, took to Instagram yesterday night to announce a probable showdown of his long-anticipated Freedom Wave Festival, which was scheduled for the 20th to 25th of December 2023 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
This revelation surprised many fans and music enthusiasts, but more information has recently surfaced, so we can assume that this week will be very long and exciting.
During his live session, the ‘Hajia Bintu’ hitmaker accused Stonebwoy of ruining his show in order to have the venue all to himself, but Stonebwoy’s road manager, Chief Stylz, has stepped out to refute this.
According to Chief Stylz, a cornerstone of the Burniton Camp, Shatta Wale is a “sociopathic liar” who rushed to social media to gain “sympathy.”
He went on to say categorically that Shatta Wale attempted to destroy Stonebwoy’s event by enlisting the help of iconic industry figures such as Lord Commey, despite Stonebwoy being the first to follow due process.
Shatta Wale has already threatened to damage Stonebwoy as a result of this saga, but Stonebwoy has yet to comment, and we’ll keep you updated as soon as he does.
