He is one of the rich men who was not born into riches but acquired them through hard work and dedication. He started his first business which is currently his major asset, Dangote Group in the year 1977 at just 21 years.
It was there he met a pretty lady who he married but for some reason best known to the two they got separated. Dangote decided to move on with his relationship life as he kept looking for love.
He sought for the hand of one of the daughters of the former president of Nigeria, Umaru Musa Yar Adua, Nafisat Yar Adua in the year 2009. Nafisat Yar Adua refused to marry Aliko Dangote for her reasons being she was a friend to his daughter, Halima Dangote.
After Nafisat’s refusal to marry Aliko Dangote, she got married to a former governor of Bauchi State named Isa Yugudu. Isa Yugudu had three wives before marrying Nafisat Yar Adua, making her his fourth wife.
The union of Isa Yugudu and Nafisat is blessed with four lovely kids; three sons and a daughter.
