According to reports coming from Kejetia, which is located in the Kumasi Municipality in the Ashanti Region, the Kumasi Central Market, also known as Kejetia, has caught fire.
A fire broke out on the building’s third level at around 4:20 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, according to a report that was submitted by Hello FM’s Sampson Kwame Nyamekye, who is now present at the site.
It is yet unknown what caused the breakout of the fire.
