A schoolboy proposed to his teacher in a video that has gone viral.
@stjrbu’s TikTok video showed the boy in a white and black uniform on one knee with a ring in front of him as he proposed to the teacher.
The students present at the scene erupted in wild applause in response to the boy’s daring move.
As the stunned teacher turned away, the black boy stood up and faced her with the ring while on one knee once more.
In the background, a girl could be heard pleading with the teacher to say yes.
As the students applauded, the teacher unexpectedly threw her hands in the air without accepting the ring.
When she did this, the boy stood up and was embraced by ecstatic male students. It is unclear which institution it occurred in or whether the proposal was a joke.
