According to a member of Anointed Palace Chapel whose name has been withheld for security reasons, she murdered her mother because Rev Obofour deceived her.
According to the said lady, in an audio Manasseh leaked on Facebook, she had traveled outside of Ghana but continued to see her mother pursuing her dreams.
She claimed that she went to Rev Obofour’s church and paid a large sum of money to seek consolation from him out of fear.
When he met him, he claimed Rev Obofour boldly told him that her mother is watching and bewitching her.
She claimed that after hearing this, she told her other siblings, who then began abusing their mother.
According to the church member, they mistreated their mother until she died, and then they consulted her ghost, who confessed that she is not a witch, but Obofour incited her children against her, and she died of sorrow.
The church member claimed her mother’s ghost promised to deal with Obofour equally until he is dead.
