A young preacher has been detained on sodomy accusations in Kasoa, Ghana’s Central Region.
Pastor Ebenezer Kumah, who is located in Kasoa Ofankor, is being held by police for allegedly abusing young boys in his church.
In the last six months, the pastor of the Faith Christian Ministry Church has molested roughly six of the church’s boys.
Three of the six youngsters have come forward to accuse the pastor.
The three are 13, 14, and 16 years old, and the pastor has molested them four, four, and five times, respectively.
The pastor was exposed when one of the victims, a 14-year-old boy, informed his father, who took action and filed a police report.
Apparently, this same 14-year-old reported the pastor to her mother the first time it happened, but the mother dismissed his claim because of her confidence in the pastor.
Pastor Ebenezer Kumah is now being held by police.
