The performer was in the middle of his performance when he suddenly became unresponsive and collapsed to the stage floor.
First responders rushed to the scene and carried him out of the building on a stretcher.
When the lights went out, fans were left in the dark, and their scattered shouts of terror and confusion could be heard in the distance.
A few minutes later, Rema jumped up quickly from the stretcher he had been resting on and ran toward the stage, where he was greeted by the ecstatic cheers of the audience members who were relieved to see him.
