Mrs. Antoinette Ama Ampomah Dumelo, the beloved mother of popular Ghanaian actor John Dumelo, died yesterday.
While he has not disclosed the reason for her death, John Dumelo has announced it on social media.
“My heart is broken. My dear mother passed away peacefully yesterday….my number one supporter. Heaven has gained an angel. ” Dumelo wrote.
Dumelo celebrated her 70th birthday last year, in case you forgot. Mrs. Dumelo passed away at the age of 71.
It is indeed a sad time since John had just received the formal approval to run as the NDC’s candidate for the seat as the member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon.
