A tragic incident unfolded in Kronum-Kwapra, a town located in the Suame Municipality of the Ashanti Region, as a 24-year-old student of KNUST lost his life in a horrifying incident.
Lambert Frimpong, a second-year student at the esteemed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, was fatally stabbed by a friend during a heated dispute over a missing T-shirt.
Lambert vehemently denied any involvement in the alleged theft, but unfortunately, this disagreement escalated into a physical altercation.
The violent encounter culminated in Lambert being attacked with a knife on August 5, 2023. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Lambert succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
His lifeless body now rests at the Komfo Anokye Morgue. The perpetrator is currently evading law enforcement, prompting the police to launch a search operation.
