Alex Kofi Adu aka Agya Koo is certainly among the pioneers of the Kumawood industry and he is also one of the few actors who kept the industry on its feet back in the day
He was born and raised in Kumasi. Before his appearance in Kumawood, he was among the cast of the “key Soap Concert Party” in the early 90s. He sometime ago ventured into music but did not take his music career forward.
The actor is one of many celebrities who have had downsides in their marital relations. he was married to Victoria Adomako and had three children. Unfortunately, they divorced after 17 years of their union.
However, Agya koo is currently married to Rita Asiedu. The two tied the knot in a plush wedding ceremony on 11th June 2016 in London.
