OKYEAME KWAME, a hip-hop artist, has stated that the death of his grandmother did not leave him with any emotional scars, but rather brought him happiness and joy instead.
As he explained, he was relieved that his grandma, who was old and fragile at the age of 101, would eventually meet her maker.
When asked about her death on Hitz FM, the musician stated that, while he was pleased that she had finally found her ultimate resting place, he had become emotional over her passing and had even shed a tear or two.
“Every time she goes to bed, she has dreams about her mother calling her to come over,” says the father.
In the end, she was too elderly, and she couldn’t eat anymore, so she was forced to be fed through a tube into her stomach. “I was relieved that she had finally received what she had prayed for.”
