Nigerian Veteran actor Clem Ohameze Cries like a baby as he receives N8 million from a pastor for surgery.
Actor Clem Ohameze was left in tears after receiving a gift of N8 million from prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin in repose to cry for help to battle his ailment after a near-fatal accident years ago.
After being injured in a car accident, Ohameze has been confined to a sickbed for over two years. His lower and upper limbs are claimed to have been severely injured in the accident, making it impossible for him to care for himself.
Social media has since been his preferred method of seeking aid.
In a viral video on social media, the veteran actor was assisted into the Warri-based church limping with the help of two men. A Bible and an amount of 8 million Naira were given to him by Fufeyin, the founder of the Christ Mercy Land Church.
The 56-year-old actor was observed sobbing excessively after receiving the money, Fufeyin explained: “When I saw the man’s plight, I was internally bawling.” According to some, he needs prayer. We must all pray for him.”
Fufeyin added that he originally saw the actor online, pleading for prayer for his plight, before being notified that the actor had gone to his church for assistance.
The veteran actor told the congregation that he had a series of tests and medical procedures following the accident.
Ohameze said that the doctor had informed him that surgery remained the only option following a series of further tests.
However, he had been praying, pledging to return to the doctor after being shown a frightening depiction of the operation process.
“My doctor continued to call. He stated that the longer I remain, the worse the issue will get. As a result, I am left with no alternative except to proceed with the procedure.
“So I contacted to let them know I was available, and they scheduled me for the first week of December.” I made the movie to solicit prayers because I am confident that God is capable of anything. Allow the church to intercede for me,” Ohameze stated as he wept.
