Michael Simons, the husband of the pregnant lady who went missing but was later discovered in Takoradi, is adamant that his wife, Josephine Panyin Simons, was really pregnant.
Since they already had a kid together, he believed there was no reason for her to pretend to be pregnant.
He went on to explain that this was not a desperate attempt to have a child and that the minister should have done his homework before going to the public to claim that his wife was not pregnant.
In a video released by Citinews, he stated that physicians and other individuals in positions of power were expected to exercise due diligence by conducting a comprehensive investigation.
He said that they should have checked with the hospital, the church, and even her relatives to ensure that she was indeed expecting a child.
