Ama Hilla, the first winner of Ghana’s Most Beautiful (GMB), has recalled heartbreaking experiences with her ex-fiancé, who is a man of God.
According to the 2007 GMB queen, who is now a gospel artist, her relationship with the pastor ended in shambles because he was envious of her success.
Ama Hilla stated her pastor lover seized custody of all her stuff minutes after she was named the winner on Adom FM’s “Yɛmmɔ Nkɔmmɔ” show with host Tima Kumkum.
She said he took possession of the automobile she won at the pageant’s conclusion, and that he even retained the money she earned from shooting commercials for businesses.
Ama Hila further said that the ex-fiancé drove the ‘GMA’ car all around town, earning him the title “Ghana’s Most Handsome.”
She further claimed that the site on which her ex-fiancé held his church service was acquired using her money.
The 2007 GMB winner also said that the preacher, whose identity she refuses to reveal, is now wealthy and well-known in Ghana.
At one point, she claimed that the pastor prevented her from boarding a flight to China, although knowing full well that it was a business trip.
We were traveling to China for an international pageant, this guy had me indoors till I missed my Emirate flight. I had to join a Kenya Airline the next day, and that journey was an eyesore, she told Tima.
Climaxing her statement, Ama Hilla said she is doing well financially, hence seeing the man thrive in riches isn’t a worry to her.
When he sees me, he doesn’t even look like he recognizes me, she said.
