Sonnie Badu, a Ghanaian pastor and musician based in the USA, recently shared about a difficult time in his life. He revealed that he experienced depression and trauma in 2019-2020.
During this tough season, Sonnie cried out to God for help. He shared that God heard his cry and answered him. This experience inspired him to write his song, “My Covenant.”
Sonnie described “My Covenant” as a very personal song. He explained that it was written during a time when he was struggling and feeling hopeless. However, through his faith and prayer, he was able to overcome his struggles.
