Tonto Dikeh, a Nigerian actress who has since moved into politics, has said that she wanted to be a preacher when she was younger.
The shocking news came out in the most recent episode of the podcast “With Chude.”
In her interview, the famous actress also said that, despite her success in the movie business, she is still thinking about becoming a pastor. She said that it depends on whether or not God wants her to be or not.
“I’m an opportunist with this thing called acting or entertainment. But for God, he has ordained that step already. For me, I was just swimming in a swimming pool,” she said.
“I mean, I was a church girl going to be a pastor. I was supposed to be a pastor, I still might be. Depending on where God is taking me to.”
