Afia Pokuaa, better known by her online handle Vim Lady, has defended Irene Amenyah, the wife of Ghanaian star Harold Amenyah.
With the appearance online of her traditional wedding images with Harold, Irene took over social media trends over the weekend.
Because of the unflattering nature of the images, the bride was heavily trolled on social media.
In response, Afia Pokuaa came to Irene’s defense, stating that it is far preferable to marry a good lady who gives you tranquility and supports you than to marry for beauty alone.
“You marry based on who will be your PEACE and support your GROWTH not who social media likes or who wears the best wigs and fancy dressing,” she said.
She added: “I PRAY that this marriage is blessed to be a testimony to the world @haroldamenyah congratulations to you and wifey,”
