Darius Makambako is currently in court, attempting to indict his friend Evans Mastano for failing to impregnate his wife after hiring him over 75 times.
It was learned that the couple’s six-year effort to have a child had been futile before contacting Evans for assistance.
According to additional reports, Makambako was later diagnosed as sterile by a doctor.
In accordance with this, Evans, who was already married and had two beautiful daughters, and bore a striking resemblance to Makambako, was reportedly paid 2,000,000 Tanzanian Shillings (N360k) for the job, with the contract stating that it would be done three evenings a week for ten consecutive months in 2016.
Having hoped that the plan would be perfect because of their resemblance, Evans found himself in an unfortunate situation when he tried desperately, a total of 75 times, to impregnate his friend’s wife Precious, but failed.
According to reports, their efforts intensified when Precious, a nurse at a private clinic, decided to take a three-month vacation leave (March to June 2016) in order to devote her time to sleep with her husband’s best friend and neighbor to see if she would take her in.
It became concerning when Precious was unable to conceive for ten months. Makambako who could not understand the situation insisted that Evans have a medical examination in January 2017.
The shock came when it was discovered that Evans was also sterile.
“How is Evans able to have two daughters if he is sterile?” Makambako inquired.
As the revelations continued, Evans’ wife entered the scene, confessing that she had known for a long time that Evans was not the biological father of her two children, but rather his cousin Edward.
“After realizing that my husband couldn’t impregnate me for two years, I was forced to secretly sleep with his first cousin for these two children,” Angela told the Dar-es-Salam Today News.
As a result, Makambako, who was upset by the situation, sued Evans for breach of contract in an attempt to recoup his money.
Meanwhile, Evans has staged a defense in which he states that he did not guarantee conception, but only that he would make an honest effort.
