A newlywed guy is preparing to sue his wife for the bride price after she deceived him just days after their wedding.
A Nigerian tweet posted the horrifying incident on Twitter, describing how the newlywed woman was discovered cheating just days after her wedding.
According to the narrator, Mazi Chukwudi, the woman and her boyfriend were married in a white and traditional ceremony on December 27, 2021.
He saw her kissing her secret boyfriend on the 5th of January, 2022, which was unfortunate for her and fortuitous for him.
Against this sad backdrop, the guy and his family are attempting to annul the marriage, with the first step being the recovery of the bride price.
“Got married (Trad & Church) on the 27th of December 2021, caught with one of her side guys on the 5th of January 2022, locking lips over a bottle of red wine in a cozy environ,” the tweet reads.
