After having a simple haircut and being charged GHC 30, a Ghanaian guy got the shock of his life.
He began shouting and angrily assaulted the barber, accusing him of overcharging.
He claims the barber is only able to do so because there are no rules or mechanisms in place to prevent it.
Because it is both humorous and tragic at the same time, the video of the man hitting the barber has gone viral.
