A lady was hospitalized after being violently beaten in the face with a brick by a guy she refused to give her phone number to, in a distressing incident that underlines the growing worries about street harassment and violence against women.
The horrific incident, according to reports, occurred in Houston, Texas, leaving the woman traumatized and highlighting the critical need to confront such acts of violence against women.
The victim, whose identity has not been revealed for her safety, described the terrifying event in a viral video.
She reported that a group of men were surrounding her when she declined the request for her phone number.
