In a shocking revelation, a man has come forward with claims that an Archbishop and Kennedy Agyapong conspired to have Nana Agradaa imprisoned.
Nana Agradaa, also known as Evangelist Mama Pat, made headlines in 2021 when she was arrested by the Police for allegedly defrauding individuals through promises of doubling their money.
The former traditional priestess, who had converted to evangelism, was accused of swindling members of her Heaven Way Church in Weija.
Following her arrest, Nana Agradaa was brought before the court on October 10th, 2022. It is alleged that she collected significant sums of money, amounting to GH¢4,000, from five complainants in October of the same year.
The accusations stemmed from her advertisement on Today’s TV, where she claimed to possess the ability to multiply people’s funds during an all-night church service, a promise she failed to fulfill.
Just last month, in July 2023, Nana Agradaa found herself in trouble again after Emmanuel Appiah accused her of circulating his nude photographs.
The case is currently pending in court, with the next hearing scheduled for November 2023. However, a recent audio recording circulating on social media has cast doubt on the credibility of the accusations against Nana Agradaa. It suggests that all the individuals who had accused her were paid to do so.
The authenticity of the audio has yet to be verified, but it has sparked widespread speculation and raised questions about the motives behind Nana Agradaa’s arrest.
