Kumasi came to a halt in 2022 for the December 31st Watch Night Cross-Over Service hosted at the OWASS campus by Rev. Obofour, leader and founder of the Anointed Palace Chapel.
As he does every year, the mighty man of God gathered a huge crowd to worship and praise God with one voice as the year came to a close, ushering in the next year in the fullness of the Lord’s grace.
The well-known televangelist gave sermons and did miracles that seemed to go on forever. He also gave his followers pure and unadulterated forms of entertainment.
A few notable people were invited by Reverend Obofour to attend the Watch Night Service. One of them was Kweku Flick, a local celebrity who performed a hit song called “Money.” at the service despite it being a circular song.
The congregation went wild when Kweku Flick performed the viral song and everyone crowded around the front of the stage to jam.
