After reacting to how horrific and awful the tragedy was, musician Fameye has made good on his promise to provide some delicacies to the locals of Apiate Bogoso.
Fameye’s reaction to the explosion that swept over Apiate, leaving most of the citizens homeless and without food or clothing, was to promise to pay them a visit and show them the same love that they had showed him.
According to photographs circulating online, Fameye followed through on his vow, visiting Apiate Bogoso villagers with relief goods to tide them over until they can get back on their feet.
The number of relief products reported as having been carried there by Fameye is so large that we expect nearly all of those affected to receive something little to feed themselves and their families until they are able to get back on their feet.
Some have also been kind to the people of Apiate, visiting them with relief materials, but considering the scale of the destruction caused by the explosion, it may be some time before some people are able to stand on their own again, and others may not be able to.
