We have chanced on a WhatsApp chat between two ladies which suggests one of them is HIV positive.
in the chat, as we sighted, one of the ladies identified as Sharifa admitted that she has HIV and vowed to infect 300 guys in Kumasi and Accra before she dies.
the other lady on the other hand in the chat begged her not to do that since she has already infected 8 people but Sharifa with bitterness says she will never stop since her ex-boyfriend did that to her.
