“Jackie Appiah didn’t mind me when I told her I needed Ghc 6000 for my medical bill”- veteran Actress Adwoa Pee
Adwoa Pee, a veteran actress who is presently facing a spinal cord condition known as spondylosis,’ claims she feels ignored by her colleagues, particularly Jackie Appiah, whom she considers to be her daughter in the field.
When she highlighted the matter of her GHS 6000 medical costs in a phone chat, Jackie Appiah allegedly hung up on her and refused to receive her calls.
In an interview with Obibini TV, she claimed that “When I indicated the amount, my daughter hung up on me and refused to take my calls,”
Even though she felt let down by Jackie, whom she saw as her own daughter, she stated another actress, Nana Ama Macbrown, came to her help.
Adwoa Pee currently needs around $60,000 to have surgery in the United States of America (USA) in order for her condition to normalize.
