“It started from ‘Hi’ on Facebook” – Nigerian Man Marries His American Girlfriend In Beautiful Photos
A Nigerian-Ghanaian man from Akwa Ibom shared how he met his American wife by simply saying ‘Hi’ on Facebook.
Bright Cletus Essien from Akwa Ibom State married Jacklynn Anne Hunt from Michigan, USA, over the weekend.
It was held at Divine Dominion Covenant Church of God in Obio Ibiono, Akwa Ibom LGA on Sunday, April 17.
Friends of the groom who congratulated the couple on Facebook said the relationship began with a simple “hi” and blossomed into what it is today.
Alban Ekandem said he initially mistook the relationship for a ruse, but the groom assured him it was true love.
The bride voluntarily agreed to marry him and traveled from the US for the wedding.
