I Wanted To Resign From UTV Because Of Bulldog – Nana Ama McBrown Reveals
Nana Ama McBrown, a Ghanaian actress and TV personality, has revealed that she wanted to leave United Showbiz because of Bulldog.
In a recent interview, Nana Ama McBrown stated her desire to step down as host of United Showbiz. This comes after Bulldog made some hurtful remarks about Akufo-Addo, which landed them in hot water.
Last year, Bulldog stated that Akufo-Addo would not serve out his second term if he did not pay the money owed to Menzgold customers.
Nana Ama McBrown, a well-known entertainer, has revealed that she wanted to leave United Showbiz following Bulldog’s scandalous remarks about President Akufo-Addo.
She revealed this during a Starr Chat meeting with Nana Aba Anamoah.
Bulldog threatened the president that if he did not pay the money owed to Menzgold clients, he would not be able to serve out his second term.
McBrown stated that after Bulldog was chastised and arrested by the National Investigation Bureau (NIB), she was disheartened and informed Fadda Dickson, the Managing Director of the Despite Group of Companies, that she wanted to resign.
She stated that she would prefer not to have any problems with the police or the law as a result of her job, so she wanted to resign to avoid further difficulties.
Nonetheless, the entertainer stated that Fadda Dickson calmed her down and advised her to be strong because things like this will undoubtedly happen.
McBrown went on to say that she chose to stay on as the host of the United Showbiz because of Fadda Dickson’s advice.
Bulldog was arrested in January after making those remarks on the United Showbiz program. He was eventually detained by officials at the NIB, where he spent several days.
McBrown was hauled into court over the matter, where she apparently apologized for the unfortunate turn of events.
