“I sacrificed my fame to secure the future of my kids abroad”-Gospel singer Cee
Ghanaian gospel artist, Cee has revealed the reason for his nearly a decade-long absence from the music world after churning out hit songs.
While speaking in an exclusive interview with Ntiamoah Williams, Cee said she chose to put her music career on hold in order to provide for her children’s future.
According to the former TV3 Mentor contestant, her poor background prevented her from focusing only on music as a source of income. So she was forced to fly overseas to hustle and earn money.
Cee, who was previously associated with Great Ampong and Isaac under Bandex Music, said she had to go abroad because she didn’t want to put her children through the kind of hardship she faced while growing up.
This however prevented her from continuing her music career, hence necessitating the loss of her profession.
