Several people were taken aback when a stunning young lady in Nigeria was seen walking around with a cardboard sign reading, “I need help buying the new iPhone.”
In the TikTok video that user @meyiwa_vera posted, many onlookers reacted horrified when they saw the young woman pleading for money.
She seemed unfazed when strangers handed her cash. A man was overheard lending assistance.
Finally, the woman walks up to a construction worker and has him count the money she has collected. It was all she to give to him.
Many people were surprised by her gesture because they thought she was frantically trying to raise money for an iPhone when in fact she needed the money to assist the less fortunate members of society.
