“I don’t miss Castro because he was not my friend” – Mzbel
Controversial Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, known in showbiz as Mzbel, a Ghanaian songstress and influencer, has said that she does not miss Castro after he went absent for years.
Castro, who appeared in Mzbel’s smash hit song “16 Years,” went missing after visiting Ada Estuary with former Black Star skipper Asamoah Gyan and an escort named Miss Janet Bandu.
Mzbel, who featured the now-declared dead musician, says she has never missed him since his disappearance nine years ago.
Mzbel was asked if she misses Castro during an interview on Kingdom FM, and she said, “I don’t miss him,” which surprised the interviewer.
According to her, their friendship was strained prior to Castro’s disappearance owing to repeated misunderstandings.
“We were no longer friends before the incident.” We had a lot of disagreements, therefore we quit being friends,” Mzbel explained.
“However, every now and then, when I go to the studio, I remember some of the things he taught me.” But there is nothing like that for me to miss him. “There was no romantic relationship,” she went on to say.
