“I Can’t Speak for Others, but I Run Successful Businesses”- Vivian Jill Speaks Out on Actresses doing Hookup.
Actress Vivian Jill from Kumawood has spoken out about the controversy surrounding Kwame Borga’s accusations that actresses were hooking up for survival.
Kwame Borga, an actor from Kumawood, has levelled serious accusations against several of his fellow actresses.
Kwame claims that 70% of Ghanaian actresses hook up because their jobs don’t pay enough to support their extravagant lives.
In response to the accusations, Vivian stated that she is unaware of any actresses that engage in hookups because, in addition to her acting career, she also runs other successful businesses.
Her response to the charges was prompted by the fact that some of them had already been falsely accused, and Kwame’s public statements as an actor would only serve to reinforce the rumours.
Although Kwame Borga had already expressed regret for his remark, Vivian feels that he still needs to be warned in order to prevent others from doing the same.
