“I am the most hated and most loved Ghanaian player in history”- Asamoah Gyan
Asamoah Gyan’s autobiography, which chronicles his life, football, and everything else about him, has finally been released.
Top politicians, including the President of the Republic, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and Kennedy Agyapong, attended the ceremony.
At the event, the well-known footballer revealed certain details about his life that many people were unaware of.
When asked what he would say to the hundreds of dignitaries and world leaders who had assembled to celebrate him at the launch, the African World Cup top scorer chose to stroll down memory lane.
He revealed that random individuals on the street tell him every day that he is both the most hated and the most adored Ghanaian player in history.
He realized the hatred is a product of the terrain in which he finds himself, he remarked, after some contemplation.
Baffour Gyan, the famed footballer’s brother, was recognized and credited for his accomplishment.
