Many Ghanaians were taken aback by Empress Nana Ama McBrown’s most recent statements regarding her former boyfriend Okyeame Kwame.
The Kumawood actress and media personality disclosed this information during an exclusive interview that took place on Pure FM with Hammer Nti.
She stated that she is very proud of Okyeame Kwame.
Nana Ama McBrown claims that even though she and the rapper dated and split up a long time ago, they are still good friends and exchange pleasantries wherever they encounter.
She mentioned that they participated in a lot of activities together, and when she considers how far they have both come in life, she can confidently say that she is extremely proud of him.
She said
“We did a lot together (me and Kwame) and I’m very happy that we both survived. I’m proud of myself and him. I think this is how it should be. Things shouldn’t be messy between people simply because a relationship didn’t turn out as expected“
The relationship between Nana Ama Mcbrown and Okyeame Kwame ran into trouble in the year 2004.
The actress is currently married to Maxwell Mawu Mensah, and the two of them tied the knot in a private ceremony back in February of 2016.
