“I am not pregnant, it is just fibroid”- Adina

Adina Thembi, an award-winning singer, has been making headlines in the last 24 hours.

Her appearance at the Rhythms On The Runway fashion show on Saturday, December 6, 2021,  Adina appeared on stage with a visible bump in front of her.

As previously reported, the bump in front of Adina sparked rumors that the singer was pregnant.

However, it has been revealed that the singer is not pregnant, as fans had hoped and even congratulated her.
According to reports obtained from Adina’s management, Adina’s appearance was not caused by pregnancy.
It is more likely the result of a medical condition.

According to our source, Adina recently experienced fibroid complications that necessitated surgery to remove them.
Adina’s journey through the surgical procedure is depicted in a video posted to her Youtube account.

Adina explained that she believes her fibroid appeared around 2014, but she failed to notice the subtle changes in her body.

She explained that her family has a history of fibroid. Her mother and sister all had fibroid removals in the past.

Despite the fact that Adina appeared to be in good shape at the time, one of the doctors at Tema Women’s Hospital, Dr Yaa Owusu-Baah, revealed that the singer’s fibroid was equivalent to a 32-week pregnancy.

According to the lead surgeon, Dr Jacob Amoatwo, the surgery was successful after about four hours of work in which they removed 16 different fibroids.

Below is a video of Adina’s surgical procedure:
