“I am fighting for my life”- Black Sherif leaves a worrying message on Twitter

Fans have been left on the edge of their seats as a result of a string of cryptic statements that Black Sherif has published on Twitter.

The posts did not provide clear answers since they represented someone struggling to find a solution to a problem that was consuming him.

The Ghanaian rapper and musician stated that he was fighting for his life but earnestly promised to carry on fighting because he has a strong mental fortitude.

He gave his word that he would remain level-headed throughout all of this upheaval and would emerge unhurt. That, in and of itself, carries a great deal of significance.

His posts come just a few days after the legal dispute with his ex-manager, Shadrack Agyei Owusu, which was brought to court by Owusu in an effort to prevent Kwaku the Traveller from performing his songs, was resolved in his favor. Owusu dragged Kwaku the Traveller to court in an attempt to prevent him from performing his songs.

It has came to light that the case was rejected by a High Court (Commercial Division), which was presided over by Her Ladyship Justice Akua Sarpomaa Amoah.

On April 11, 2022, Shadrach initiated legal action against the artist, claiming, among other things, breach of contract as well as damages totaling more than one million cedis.

In addition, he petitioned the court for an injunction to prevent the musician from showcasing his abilities and making money off of them until the matter was tried and a verdict was rendered.

According to Ghana Weekend, Mr. Agyei Owusu also requested the appointment of a receiver to monitor and account for the proceeds from performances and streams of Black Sherif’s music. He also requested interim preservation.

The artist, according to the arguments made by his legal team, will waste the money if this is not done.

After filing a defense and counterclaim on behalf of Black Sherif, the attorneys for the artist argued against the motion. Their client was lead by Samson Lardy Anyenini, who was in charge of the legal team.
