Anele Madonsela is a 15-year-old teen from Kwazulu Natal’s Durban. She posted about her ordeal on her social media page in the hopes of receiving assistance. She wrote the following on her page:
“Ever since I was a young child, I’ve had a large body. When I was nine years old, I began to go through puberty, which left my parents concerned,” she said
