“He slept with me whenever i close from evening classes”- School girl accuses es neighbor on live TV
A young lady from Konongo-Praso describes how their neighbor slept with her after she finished her evening classes. The lady stated that a young man named Paa Akwasi used to assist her mother with household chores. He met him on his way back from evening classes one evening, but she noticed he followed her everywhere she went.
She warned him that if he tried to harm her, she would inform her parents. She told her brother about it, but the next evening she encountered two young men who are Paa Akwasi’s friends with a knife and threatened to harm her if she did not allow them to carry out their plan, she claims, she felt dizzy after one of those boys covered her mouth with a handkerchief. The lady also stated that when she awoke, she discovered blood stains on her private parts.
She returned home, but due to her fear, she was unable to inform her father. She did not attend school the next day, but Paa Akwasi arrived to inform her that he had obtained what he desired, but threatened to harm her if she attempted to inform her parents. This incident occurred while her mother was not present; she had traveled for a month and returned home to notice some changes in her physical appearance. The mother took her to the hospital, and after a thorough examination, the nurses discovered that she is pregnant.
She then told her mother the whole truth about what had happened to her; they informed Paa Akwasi about the pregnancy, but he denied responsibility. According to the mother, she had no idea the young man would do such a thing to her daughter. She adopted him as her son and always provided for him. She went away for a month to sell her belongings, but when she returned home to find out what had happened, the young man refused to accept the pregnancy or even take care of her.
