"Government say the payroll is full but laptops are not full, think smart"- Pastor encourages youth to do scamming

Gusteve Yeboah, a Ghanaian preacher, has urged unemployed graduates to engage in cyber fraud.

The preacher, known as High Spirit, provided this advice after Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta advised graduates to go into business because the government’s payroll is full.

In a viral video, the preacher is heard telling a man he met while driving down the street, “I see what the Finance Minister said, he says the payroll is full, but let me tell you, your laptop is not full.. we will work this night.”

This isn’t the first time pastor Gusteve Yeboah is giving such advice to the youth.
.

Earlier this year, he stated that the solution to poverty in Ghana is a laptop and a dependable internet connection.
