Yaw Adu, also known as Sunsum, a Ghanaian Kumawood actor, has claimed that he was quite ugly when he began his acting career.
According to the actor in an interview with Graphic Showbiz, people can no longer refer to him as unattractive because he is no longer who he used to be.
“I must admit that I was pretty unattractive when I first started acting 19 years ago, but not any longer.” “God has been gracious to me, and my life has improved, so that has instantly changed my appearance, making me look better, so you can no longer describe to me as unattractive,” he stated.
The actor, on the other hand, stated that he was not deterred by those who mocked his eyes. It became his trademark, he says, and he’s proud of it.
“I’m not bothered if you do. People used to make fun of his eyes, but he says, “That’s my signature, and I’m quite proud of the person I’ve become.”
