Fast-rising highlife singer Fameye has finally opened up on why he stopped going to church.
speaking in an interview with Abeiku Santana, the ‘Nothing I Get’ hitmaker disclosed that he stopped attending church because of his hairstyle.
Fameye claims the women in his church always criticize him over his hairstyle and the earring he wares.
because of that, he stopped going to church but he claims to pray a lot more than those who attend.
Fameye revealed;
“I don’t go to church but I pray a lot..I stopped going to church after my hairstyle was constantly criticized…some women in the church always complained about my hairstyle and the way I wear earrings..I got tired of the criticisms so I stopped attending church.”
he is currently the New Artiste of the Year after winning the category at the just ended VGMA.
