Ace Ghanaian actor and comedian Alex Adu Kofi, also known as Agya Koo, has counseled the youth to live a life that is well planned for the future since their lifestyle would reflect who they will become.
He stated this in an interview with blogger Boateng Ameyaw in response to Psalm Adjeteyfio’s controversy after he came out to publicly ask for alms despite being offered so many things.
Psalm Adjeteyfio became a social media sensation after revealing that he owed rent and was experiencing financial difficulties.
His plight drew the attention of many generous Ghanaians, including Ayisha Modi, Rev. Obofour, and the Vice President, who handed him GHc50,000 to help him with his financial problems.
Previously, he revealed that he received GHc40,000 from the office of the chief of staff, in addition to other funds from various sources. Psalm Adjeteyfio was also heard in leaked tape pleading with TV personality Mzgee for leftovers from her kitchen because things have become difficult for him once again.
In the released recording, he alleged that the GHc1,500 stipend promised to him by Great Accra Minister Hon Henry Quartey was provided to him only once and thereafter ceased.
In response, Agya Koo, who hesitated to remark harshly on the topic when asked for his thoughts, stated that everyone will account for whatever life they led during their youth.
