A family in Kenya’s Marurui district, Kasarani body electorate, is seeking justice after their 12-year-old daughter was abused by her driver, Antony Kimani, who was in charge of driving her to school.
Despite the doctor’s declaration that the young lady had been slept with, the driver who was arrested today denied the charges.
According to the class instructor who the casualty’s mother discovered at school, her daughter had been arriving late to school, but the mother assumed that her teachers simply didn’t like her because she got her to school so early every morning.
When the little girl was summoned, she explained that the driver slept with her down the street, which was the main reason she was always late for school.
The child also stated that she had been sleeping with the driver since December 21st of last year. Following her confession, she filed a report at the Marurui police station.
The young girl’s mother gave a detailed account of how her daughter ended up in the possession of Kimani, a driver, during a press conference.
” Kimani has been my child’ s driver, along with other school-aged children from the Kasarani region; he may park this vehicle and commit the act before taking her to school, taking advantage of the opportunity to be closer to the girl; the child was known to arrive late to school on occasion, drawing the attention of the school administration,” she explained.
The vehicle, a type KCH 937H, is being investigated at the Marurui police station. Kamani used this vehicle to contaminate the child in order to get her to school. Antony Kimani, 38, will be imprisoned until he is fully convicted.
