Over the years, the TV3 Talented Kids show has produced winners with a wide range of special and unique abilities.
They include singers, rappers, DJs, poets, historians, makeup artists, and a variety of other talents.
Five of them have remained relevant in the entertainment industry as winners and continue to make waves with their trends.
We bring you photos of five previous winners, including Nakeeyat Dramani, DJ Switch, Tutulapato, Nana AK, and Akwadaa Nyame.
- Tutulapato:
In 2013, Tutulapato, real name Cosmos Boako, won the competition. That was 9 years ago when he was a small boy. Tutulapato is in his second year at St. John’s Grammar School and continues to pursue his rap career.
DJ Switch:
DJ Switch, real name Erica Brabulu Armah-Tandoh, has also grown rapidly since winning Talented Kids in 2017. Five years later, she is still making waves in the entertainment industry, thrilling Ghanaians with her one-of-a-kind abilities. Erica, who is 14 years old, can dance, sing, and act in front of her fans and followers, in addition to being a prolific DJ.
Nakeeyat Dramani:
At the age of seven, the 10-year-old poet won the Talented Kids 2019 competition. She wowed the entire country of Ghana with her poetry skills at such a young age. She stood out in that year’s edition because she wrote her own poetry about the events of the time.
Nana AK:
As a historian, Nana AK won the Talented Kids competition in 2020. As young as he was, at the age of eight, this small boy could tell and explain events from his past in such detail that the judges on the show, as well as the audience, were astounded by his intelligence.
Akwadaa Nyame:
On the show, the little boy was a singer. He could sing any highlife song and act like the singers of the songs at the age of eight. Following his victory, Akwadaa Nyame caused a stir with a revelation about his father.
