Ghanaian singer Mzbel, whose real name is Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, recently revealed her secret to maintaining a healthy glow post-birth.
She attributes her radiant appearance to her increased food intake, as she is exclusively breastfeeding her baby. Exclusive breastfeeding is highly recommended as it helps protect babies from various diseases and boosts their immune systems.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, breastfed babies are less likely to develop conditions like obesity, asthma, type 1 diabetes, sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), ear infections, and stomach issues.
In a video, Mzbel can be seen looking content in a white flowy dress with puffed sleeves and a sparkling elongated neckline.
She humorously mentioned that exclusive breastfeeding is gradually making her gain weight, as she needs to eat multiple times a day.
She wished her fans a happy Sunday and hoped they had a great time at church.
