Bank Of Ghana Warn Ghanaians about Cheddar as a potential fraudster as he aims to lunch a crypto coin.

The Bank of Ghana has issued a statement warning Ghanaians about the upcoming launch of the ‘Freedom Coin’ by Ghanaian business entrepreneur Nana Kwame Bediako alias Cheddar.

The Bank of Ghana issued this statement in response to Cheddar’s decision to have his own “Independence Day” and address a group of young people to discuss his plans to introduce a new cryptocurrency called “Freedom Coin.”

The Bank has issued a statement stating that they have not granted any clearance to the cryptocurrency before it receives adequate validation and makes its way onto the market.

It has come to the attention of Bank of Ghana that there is an impending launch of a cryptocurrency named “Freedom Coin”. The public is hereby cautioned that neither this cryptocurrency nor the promoting company has approval from Bank of Ghana to operate in the banking and payment sector,”
