Celebrities in the country are not happy with the decision of the gaming commission and FDA to ban celebrities from endorsing and advertising for alcoholic beverages and Betting companies.
Wendy Shay and bullet are leading the campaign to pressure the government to retake the decision in considerations and lift the ban because most of them get their daily livelihood from such endorsements.
Kwadwo Nkansah Lilwin has also added his voice to the issue and have disclosed that the decision to ban celebrities from such endorsement is bad and therefore should be lifted.
He added in an interview with “kantanka TV ” that, if the ban is not lifted, then the same ban should be placed on celebrities campaigning for political parties because it is more of the same.
